Introduction:

The uncertainty about the complexity of an electrical wiring issue and its potential cost can be intimidating. When you’re not sure what will happen, two of the biggest things you need is a technician who can clearly explain the issue and an electrician who knows how to fix it. One of our clients recently discovered how Hooked Up Electric can do both.

The Challenge:

The client needed a technician who could fix and explain the electrical wiring problem in their home in a way that was easy to understand. It was also beneficial for the electrician to be patient, thorough, and effective.

The Solution:

To help the client with the problem, Hooked Up Electric sent out one of our technicians, Dylan, to address the problem. He performed a thorough inspection to find the cause of the wiring problem. After he was able to determine a diagnosis, he explained to the client what was going on, why it had occurred, and how he could fix it.

The client stated that Dylan “did a great job explaining the problem” making sure they were fully informed and understood all of the details before moving forward. Dylan answered all the client’s questions and then quickly fixed the problem.

The Results:

Ultimately, Dylan was able to make sure that the client’s electrical wiring issue was properly fixed and that the home was safe.
